    PLG系列盘式连续干燥机Product introduction

    Disc type continuous dryer is an efficient continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operation environment. It is widely applied to drying operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing industries. It has been well received in various industries. Now we manufacture three types of atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum, four, 1200, 1500, 2200, 3000, A (Tan Gang), B (contact material part evenly distributed stainless steel), C (on the basis of B, add steam piping, spindle and bracket stainless steel, cylinder and cover top stainless steel). Three kinds of materials, drying area of 4 ~ 180m, a series of hundreds of models, and can provide all kinds of auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.

    Working principle

    The wet material feeder is continuously added to the first layer of drying tray on the upper part of the dryer, and the rake arm with rake blades is used for rotary movement to make the rake arm rotate, so that the rake blade can continuously turn over the material. The material flows along the index spiral surface through the drying tray surface, and the material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge, and falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray outside the outer edge, and the material moves on the large drying tray and falls from the middle blanking hole into the next small drying tray. The size of the drying tray is alternately arranged on top and bottom, and the material can continuously flow through the dryer. The hollow drying tray is heated into a heating medium. The heating medium has saturated steam, hot water and heat conducting oil, and the heating medium is driven by one end of the drying tray and exported from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying tray to the bottom of the shell, and is finally moved to the discharge port by rake leaves. The wet part escapes from the material and is discharged from the outlet of the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc drier is discharged from the vacuum port on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom can be directly packed. By adding finned heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag type dust collector, dry mixing backmixing mechanism and induced draft fan, the drying capacity can be improved, dry paste paste and heat sensitive material can be dried, and solvent can be recovered conveniently, and pyrolysis and reaction operation can be carried out.

    Performance characteristics

    (1) Easy regulation and strong applicability

    The optimum drying process can be achieved by adjusting the thickness of material layer, spindle speed, number of rake arms, rake blade type and size.

    Each layer of drying tray can be heated or cooled separately by entering hot or cold media. The material temperature control is accurate and easy.

    Residence time of materials can be adjusted accurately.

    Material flow direction is single, no backmixing phenomenon, uniform drying, stable quality, no need to mix again.

    (2) Easy to operate

    The operation of starting and stopping the dryer is very simple.

    After stopping feeding, the conveying material scale rake leaf can quickly empty the material in the dryer.

    Through the special large inspection door mirror, the equipment can be very carefully cleaned and observed.

    (three) low energy consumption

    The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the power required by the material transmission system is small, and the power consumption is low.

    Drying by conductive heat has high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.

    (4) Good operating environment, recoverable solvents and dust discharge meet the requirements.

    Atmospheric pressure type: Because of the low air velocity in the equipment and the high and low humidity distribution in the equipment, it is difficult for the dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top dehumidifier contains almost no dust.

    Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in humid gas. Solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet gas for closed-circuit circulation to make it safe to operate. It is especially suitable for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials.

    Vacuum type: Disk dryer operated in vacuum is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

    (5) Easy to install and occupy a small area

    The dryer is manufactured as a whole and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted and positioned, so it is very easy to install and locate.

    Because of the drying plate layout and vertical installation, the drying area is very large and the occupying area is very small.


    Technical characteristics

    (1) drying tray

    Design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, the maximum can reach 1.6MPa.

    Maximum use pressure: generally less than 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.

    Heating medium: steam, hot water, heat conducting oil, drying tray heated at 100 degrees, heated by hot water at 100 to 150 degrees C, heated with less than 0.4MPa saturated water vapor or superheated steam, heated by heat conducting oil at 150 to 320 degrees centigrade.

    (two) material delivery system

    Spindle speed: 1~10 revolutions, electromagnetic or variable frequency speed regulation.

    Rake arm: there are 2~8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying tray.

    Rake blade: twisted joint on the rake arm can maintain contact with the up and down of the disk. There are many forms.

    Rolling: the rolling and rolling of the materials that are easy to lump and need to be crushed should be increased in the right place, which will enhance the heat transfer and drying process.

    (three) the shell has three types: atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum.

    Atmospheric pressure: cylinder or eight prism type, with two types of structure. Heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe can be inside the shell or outside the shell.

    Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium import and export main pipe can be in the shell, also can be outside the shell.

    Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure is 0.1Mpa, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe in the shell.

    (four) air heater

    It is usually used in larger evaporation conditions to enhance drying efficiency.
